The GoPro HD HERO and HD HERO2 are the smallest and most feature packed action sports cameras on the market!
All the HD HERO cameras come with a wide angle bubble lens outer housing, that while waterproof can cause some blurring
and distortion when filming underwater.
To get the very best in crisp, vibrant footage when filming underwater, you'll want to invest in the Official GoPro Dive Housing.
The large flat glass underwater lens allows for maximum photo and video sharpness, free of any edge artefacts or vignetting no
matter what resolution setting you are filming at!
The Dive Housing comes complete with Large Thumb Knob and bolt, a Quick-Release Buckle for mounting, and a large snap-on
lens cover to keep the glass plate protected when not in use.
When filming in sea water, you may wish to purchase a red lens filter which will help with colour correction on footage taken
deep underwater. Sea water absorbs red natural light first, meaning footage can end up with an overly blue or greenish hue.
