The vast majority of mount assemblies for the GoPro HD HERO use this style of Thumbscrew bolts at the hinges.
When adjusting your mounts out in the field it is very easy to lose a nut in water, long grass, deep snow, and
if you are very unluckly you may lose or break the Thumbscrew or the threaded bolt itself!
This replacement / spare Thumbscrew and Bolt set is 100% compatible with all GoPro HD HERO
cameras and mounts. If you are fed up of breaking the polycarbonate plastic Thumbscrews, then this
replacement made from precision machined 6061 aircraft aluminum will be perfect for you!
The aluminium is light, high strength, and supremely durable! Even better, these come in a range of
colours, so it's easier to keep track of all of your bits and pieces when out in the field!
This a LONG length Thumbscrew rather than a short length Thumbscrew supplied with some of the
GoPro mount packs. Because of this it can be used anywhere along pivot assemblies as well as directly
underneath your GoProHD HERO's outer housing. The best of all worlds - one size fits all!
